We've been enjoying going back to an old release for the last few weeks and now it's time to bring in the new!

Starting this Thursday at Bubbenhall, we're launching BODYBALANCE 113 - the latest and greatest release. The standout element of this release is the music. There are some very well-known and much-loved tunes appearing right from Track 1. I won't ruin the surprise, but suffice to say that you will know the words to these. Even I know some of the words to these and that's saying something as lyric knowledge never was my strong suit.

To go with the tunes we've got some lovely new Choreography that is simple and easy to pick up. That means that you'll be working hard right from the start as you settle in and enjoy the ride. I think you're going to love this release. Me and my buttocks already do!

🌑✨ SOLAR ECLIPSE SOUND BATH ✨🌑

There are moments when the sky seems to invite us to pause.

During the solar eclipse, we’ll gather in the stillness of a sound bath — a space to soften, release, listen inward, and reconnect with what is asking to emerge.

An eclipse has long been held as a powerful symbol of transformation, shadow and light, endings and beginnings, death and rebirth. As the light of the Sun is momentarily obscured, we’re given a beautiful metaphor for turning inward — stepping out of the noise of everyday life and into the deeper spaces within ourselves.

Through the vibrations of sound, we’ll create a container for release, reflection and renewal.

There are a few spaces left, if you'd like to join us and watch the eclipse afterwards in the book now! (Bring special glasses if you have them!)
