Lancing Freestyle Karate club offers, self defence, confiedence building & fitness for all ages in Lancing since 2006

Lancing Freestyle Karate was founded by 6TH dan black belt Ray Grey in 2006,

After many years of training with other clubs he felt that a diverse karate club would benefit the local area. He has created a family run club that trains with a fair, motivated ethic. We are registered with and have the full support of Cobra Martial Arts Association based in Manchester. You will be training within a c

lub which has vast experience within Martial Arts. L.F.K will teach you the following,

Combinations – Punching and Striking Techniques

Kata – Sequence of moves against an imaginary opponent, using full force. Self Defense – Grabs, Holds, Weapons (Knifes, Gun, Escrima stick)

Sets- other Combinations to improve your techniques, stances, and control. Regular training will also improve your
Fitness,
Flexibility,
Speed,
Stamina,
Discipline, . Coordination & Control
