We run weekly evening sessions at King’s College, on a Friday, and Surrey Sports Park, on a Tuesday, in Guildford, and open to anyone in the wider Godalming, Guildford and Surrey area. Many members join simply for fitness, fun, and social connection, and your first session is free so you can try it out with no pressure. For those with a competitive streak, we field teams in the 45+, 50+, 60+, 65+ and 70+ age groups, playing in leagues across Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire and Sussex. Several of our players have even represented England, and in 2024 our 60+ squad became the inaugural winners of the FA National Walking Football Cup at St George’s Park — a hugely proud moment for the club. The Godalming Town Fair gave the Club an opportunity to support our sponsors, Guardian Angels Carers.
Enjoying the sunshine, we paraded through Godalming high street with the FA walking football trophy. We later attended the GAC stand & met the new Mayor of Godalming, Tom Kiehl.

Godalming 60s travelled to Rayners Lane in North London on Sunday to see if they could add the 2026 Middlesex League Cup to the 2025/2026 Middlesex League which was secured last month. The late dropout of Pimlico meant that the competition was restructured and Gods needed to play Hemel and Watford twice each in a 'double round robin' of 18 minute games. Starting off with a deserved 1-0 win over Hemel, they then watched the other two teams fight out a draw, and then beat Watford 1-0 to reach half way knowing a win over Hemel again would mean getting their hands on the trophy. The second game against Hemel showcased Gods at their best - great interplay and lovely goals resulting in a 2-0 win. The final 'dead' match against Watford resulted in another 1-0 win as they remained unbeaten with an impressive 4 wins, 5 goals and 0 conceded. A superb League Cup win with a skeleton squad of 6 so big smiles all round especially stand in Manager, Tim Gorringe.

A mixed start for the 50s for the beginning of the new season in the Surrey FA League on Thursday. 1 win, 1 draw & 2 loses but it's a long season, so hopefully improvements will come. At least it was a nice sunny afternoon😀

Both the 60s & Multiage groups were in action for the beginning of the new Surrey FA season on Friday. Both teams starting very well, with the 60s winning all 3 of their matches (including a 10-0 win!) & the Multiage securing 3 wins & 1 draw, scoring 11 goals. Hopefully this is the start of a successful campaign for both squads.
