North Ayrshire Riding Club

North Ayrshire Riding Club North Ayrshire Riding Club is affiliated to the British Riding Clubs Association. Based in Irvine. We hold 2 annual shows, spring and summer.

With the emphasis on fun, NARC is a friendly & sociable Club providing training and competitions to all age groups and abilities. The Club is very lucky to be able to use the fabulous facilities at Eglinton Country Park which is situated between Irvine and Kilwinning just off the A78 Eglinton interchange or from the A737 from Kilwinning. We hold various events throughout the year including showjum

ping, cross country and TREC. We also arrange dismounted events and demonstrations, quiz nights talks etc. The Club works closely with top level trainers to provide tuition at an affordable level. We also offer a wealth of horse knowledge for the first time horse owner providing information on everything from buying, loaning or leasing your first horse to the costs of keeping your horse or pony.
..and we are...

The Club is committee run by fabulous volunteers, who are also riding club members, who freely give their time to organise and run all the events throughout the year. We are always looking for people keen to join whatever their riding capabilities, who would like to compete and members willing to help out at shows.

We're looking for some extra pairs of hands to help support the club! 💙

One of our long-standing committee members will be stepping down towards the end of the summer due to work and personal commitments.

As with many volunteer-run clubs, we rely entirely on the time and dedication of our committee. If we want to continue offering lessons, camps, competitions, regional team opportunities, and maintain access to the cross-country course at Eglinton, we really do need more volunteers to come on board.

Whether you can spare a little time or would like to take on a more active role, every bit of help makes a difference.

We're particularly keen to hear from anyone who would be interested in:
• Organising social events
• Coordinating and scheduling lessons with coaches
• Supporting the general running and management of the club

If you'd like to get involved or would like an informal chat about what's involved, please send the page a message. We'd love to hear from you! 😊

Please message the page if you are interested.

Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, we have had a withdrawal from our camp this weekend by one of our long-standing members

If anyone would like to book please message the page! This was in the jumping camp but could be for flatwork also.

Option for accommodation in pods too.

Thanks,
NARC Committee
