FIRST DAY AT Evolution Gym ❤️

Great to have my team back in and having some structure back in.

Training, and coaching clients is something that is apart of me~ been working in gyms since I was 16- 11 years now… been in the game for a while 😎

Even on holiday… after 3-4 days I want home to train and coach my team… that’s the real truth

But it’s what I love. Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. Even better when your working alongside your best friend Hope Plenderleith 💙

GRATEFUL 🙏

Just wanted to personally thank everyone who has- reached out to hope the gym the PT’s and myself

We massively appreciate it, all kind words and donations go along way, what happened on Thursday morning was terrible

But in times like this it brings people and the community of Kilmarnock closer. Revitlize will return

I’ve known since I was 16 working in lifestyle fitness and known since I was 18- 10 years basically

Worked with them for 5 years across the bunker and Revitlize~ these boys have insane vision, work ethic, and have allot of respect for them both

The gym will return.

But I just wanted to personally thank for taking loads of the PT’s into his gym at we all massively appreciate it. Speaks volumes of what sort person Paul is and what time of gym Evolution really is

In times like this it’s great to see the community come together and all help out

Can’t wait to get back into the gym and train my clients and bring in some structure again.

Still doesn’t feel real…

As many of you know REVITALIZE FITNESS & SPA unfortunately went on fire yesterday morning and is now closed

Getting a text at 6:45am just as I’m about to leave for my first clients- from another one of your clients saying is the gym all good?

Me being myself- aye, how??

Straight into the work chat and then realising this isn’t good

Pulling up to the gym~ before you start your day with your clients and watch the building slowly fall apart was a hard day for all of us, the PT’s and the members and of course all the owners

Hope and myself are absolutely gutted,

Revitalize wasn’t just a GYM, it was a place you felt safe, understood, and a place you wanted to always go back to- with a bunch of great people, PT’s and members

for many of us a second home- it was for Hope and myself in there 5/6 days a week

It really was one big family. It’s something our gym manager Chelcié always said the minute we opened we are all one big family…

You’ll notice majority of the PT’s in here are all in relationships the Team in this gym was solid. And we are all just gutted

we appreciate all clients, members, previous clients getting in touch and sending lovely thoughtful messages…

I’m just gunna address this- you can do more steps, run, swim, Tommy tank. Kick a football

If your no in a calorie deficit you won’t drop fat.
