New lunchtime classes now at Swesh Studio!

Looking to fit a workout into your lunch break? We've added 4 new 1pm sessions to our timetable!

Monday 1pm – Spin
Tuesday 1pm – Hybrid Swesh
Wednesday 1pm – Weights
Thursday 1pm – Circuits

4 different sessions, all designed to give you a proper workout in the middle of your day.

Whether you're working shifts, have a busy evening or just prefer training during the day, we've now got even more options for you.

Get your workout done, feel better for it and still have your evenings free!

All sessions are 1pm at Swesh Studio, Kidderminster.

First class is free if you've not trained with us before, so come and give us a go!

Here it is, our Vault Room timetable!

We've got a great mix of sessions running throughout the week now, with something for everyone.

From beginner Pilates and Pilates and stretch to the more challenging sculpt, power and barre burn sessions, plus yoga too.

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, there's plenty to get involved in.

We've got some fantastic instructors delivering the sessions and we're really excited to see the Vault Room continue to grow.

All sessions are 50 minutes long with just 8 spaces available in each class, so you get that smaller, more personal experience.

You can book individual sessions, grab a class pack or use your existing credits from our Reformer 4 pack membership, across both rooms.

Everything is available to book through the Swesh Studio app.

Introducing our brand new R&B Reformer sessions with Nicole.
Think low lights, a proper R&B playlist, controlled Reformer movement and that deep Pilates burn, all in a completely different Wednesday night atmosphere, good music, good movement and 45 minutes for you.
