I am constantly learning and developing my business.

This years task was to upgrade a very dated Aqua Qualification. I passed with 18/21 and can now embark on a new job at a very nice Hotel in the New Forest. I start in July.

Last year I redid my Nutrition qualification to bring myself up to speed with current advances In Diet and exercise.

In 2024 I lost my Dad, my role model and my friend quite suddenly and was quite angry. I chose to embark on my level 2 in Counselling which enabled me to understand a lot more about how to control my feelings and deal with them. It taught me to be patient and at the end of 2023 I qualified.

The year before I passed my Sports Massage qualification with a distinction and can offer all of the above to you my lovely customers, friends and clients.

Your never to old to learn more and make yourself better.

Ear Candles -
My own son has been to the Doctor this week with blocked ears and been advised along with Olive soil drops to have Hopi Ear Candles.
We did 3 over 2 days in his left ear, the worst ear and the wax it drew up was amazing!

If you're struggling with blocked ears, can hear yourself eat as if you've got ear plugs in, or are unusually hard of hearing give me a call.
They're inexpensive and relaxing. They don't hurt and have helped my son, who flies tomorrow and I was worried about him!

New Price Structure from 1st March 2023.
1 hour a week Personal Training session - £35 at my home. £40 if I come to you.
2 x 30 minute sessions at mine as above £35. Away from my home gym £40.
1 x 30 minute session at mine £20, £23 if I come to you.

1 hour General Massage appointment £40.
30 mins £35.
Depending on specifics of the appointment.

I haven’t put my prices up for years so I am sure you can appreciate I now need to do this.
