Happiest of birthdays to the Unit 8 OG….Gordon 🥳
He is the literal glue to the gym and our team and we do not know where we would be without him (we do not dare think about the disorganised chaos it would be without G the brains!)
Unless you are up at the early hour, you may not see Gordon as he’s often finished his training session before most of us have considered opening our eyelids but he is a huge part of Unit 8 and it’s community and we are SO grateful for his kindness, thoughtfulness & ambition 🤩 have the best day Gordon 💛🤍
