The Swoosh is an exciting 5.5km swim down the River Avon using the outgoing tide - it finishes with a SWOOSH of up to 8 knots through a narrowing in the river near Bantham.

This is a fully guided tour and includes full safety cover with professionals, a shuttle service back to the top, hot drinks and cake at the end and a swim hat.

We have our Burgh Island race coming up on Sat 27th June - there is a 1 and 2 mile option and we still have charity spaces remaining! Regular spaces have SOLD OUT.

1 mile - £30(with £50 charity donation/fundraising)
2 mile - £35pp (with £50 charity donation/fundraising)
Nippers - age 8-11 - £8
Youth - age 12 to 15 - £10

What you'll be doing?
You'll either be on the reg desk, handing out envelopes and checking people in, handing out snacks and medals, or directing swimmers once out the water, or helping with timing swimmers.

Included:
Free parking for the day
Drinks and Snacks
Training on the role you'll be doing
£25 cash or
£50 credit towards an OWD swim or

Sat 1st August - meeting at 10am - £110pp

You swim downstream for 5.5km with the outgoing tide, before swimming past Bigbury and swimming around Burgh Island - a total of 8km.

We have an amazing week swimming in Cyprus coming up this November - it's an amazing country for swimming with wrecks, reefs, and warm clear water. For the week we are out there we stay in this gorgeous hotel, with breakfast and dinners included in the price! You can book online for a £300 deposit, total cost of the week long holiday is £1100.
