I offer a range of therapies to support bringing the body into balance and share tools for individuals that best suit them to continue in their own healing journey. Soundbath Meditations are an opportunity for you to relax and connect to the vibration of sound through the healing beat of the medicine drum, singing bowl and voice. Sound has been used for millenia to connect us to everything that w

e feel, see, hear and touch. We live in a Universe that is in a state of vibration - our cells, organs, bone and the electromagnetic field that surrounds our body included. Qi Gong is an ancient movement meditation that increases the energy flow within the body, it improves circulation flow to all parts of the body, releases stress increases energy strength and vitality and can be done by everyone regardless of age and fitness level. Reiki supports the energy movement and flow through the body aiding deep relaxation, relieves stress, ease pain and improve wellbeing by placing hands over areas of the body. Enrich Your Spirit are a combination Soundbath, Qi Gong & Reiki in a days retreat space taking you to a state of deep relaxation and deep meditation, which allows you to drop from a stressful highly emotional state to one of calm. Only then are we able to reboot our systems enabling us to think, talk and act more clearly, helping us to focus on what we wish to bring in to support our healing from the inside out. By giving ourselves this space to honour our mind and body we build positive feelings and understanding which makes the immune system stronger giving us a better direction in life preventing dise-ease and illness.
16 Guidelines is a simple yet subtle framework for reflecting on how we think, speak and act by doing this over time we are able to transform our relationships, make better decisions and bring peace of mind helping us become more resilient and able to cope with the challenges we face. Reiki attunements are also available if you feel you would like to explore a deeper connection to energy work, your soul and healing journey. I hope to support and honour you on your journey :)

Just sharing the why's and wherefore....potent 😘 sticky w***y water... not only makes you 😄 helps clear stagnant fluid, great way to support clearing those old habits!! A handful in a jug of water and drink during the day, just be mindful not to take from edges if path. Don't think I need to exain why 😘🤪
