Schools are back!! Normality resumes once again. It's almost time to get your ass back to the gym for winter, lots of faces have been missing for a while, enjoying the good weather. Nothing wrong with that though!

Sunday Funday. Feeling ultra disciplined after getting into London. The last few months being injured I've been overeating, putting on weight. Easy done for me! So I'm back! Let's goooo 💯
