We had a capacity turnout for yesterdays Stableford Open (2/8/26) of 147 players.

Long, light-filled July evenings were built for 18 holes. With golden sunlight casting long shadows across our rolling fairways and pristine greens, late-afternoon play at Kings Golf Club offers an unrivaled golf setting.

After a week of fundraising and our 72 hole challenge, in aid of prostate cancer, where the squad did amazing, we held a race night to help boost our total and we also had some fun waxing Owen, our deputy head Greenkeeper and our captain, Eric Robb who both did tremendously well in suffering through the revenge that seemed to take place. There were lots of fun and laughter.
We now have our final fundraising event which is a raffle with the poster below.
Raffle tickets are available from the bar and there are some fantastic prizes to be won.
A huge thankyou to Bill Andrew, Andrew Stokes and Bill Andrew ( jr) for organising and entertaining everyone for the night.
Also to Nikita, Rachel, Elisha and AJ for assisting with the sales.
A big shout out and thankyou to Rachel and Elisha for their waxing expertise from Rumours and the rejuvenation room , based in union street Inverness for all your Beauty treatment needs.
Finally we would like to thank our sponsors for the event and everyone who came and gave support. Every penny raised will make a difference in the fight against prostate cancer.

What a phenomenal day we had yesterday with overwhelming support and effort from everyone. We would like to say a heart felt thankyou to all who sponsored the players, the players themselves for their amazing grit and determination in completing their 4 rounds and to all our sponsors and all who donated.
