Box-N-Fit BOX-N-FIT IS A KEEP FIT CLUB, THERE IS NO FIGHTING! IT IS A MIXED CLASS AND ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME.

AT BOX-N-FIT WE USE BOXING GLOVES AND PADS WITH VARIED PUNCHES,COMBINATIONS AND ROUTINES, ALSO USING THE USUAL EXERCISES ASSOCIATED WITH FITNESS AND CORE WORK.

The Classes are for all fitness levels so don’t be scared to come along and give it a go!
Just do what you feel is comfortable for you! If you need to stop or only do half the exercises set out, it’s up to you!!!
Spaces available for both classes, pads and gloves are available if needed!

Fancy getting a bit fitter? Tone up for summer holidays? Meet new people and start enjoying exercise?
Classes are on at the Institute hall, Insch(library building) 7pm until 8pm
Pay as you go class only £5 per session
Unisex class, all levels of fitness welcome, great bunch of people go and will help and encourage as you go, pads and gloves can be provided but only a few sets so first come first served.
Message me for more information or to book a class.
