During school and beyond I have always had a passion for fitness and health and well-being. I have a BSC in Sports and Exercise Science, HND in Sports Coaching, PGDE in Physical Education and Level 3 in Personal Training to mention a few of my many qualifications. My purpose has become to share my knowledge and expertise with others to improve all aspects of their health so they can become they best version of themselves.

I love celebrating the Summer Solstice as it's my Girls birthday on mid summers day. I have put together two Summer song themed Spin sessions for tonights Spin classes at Bennachie Leisure Centre. Why not come and join me for a double session to mark the occasion. Great tunes and great company guaranteed.

It was an absolute privilege to work with a good friend of mine Dara Wilson and support her on her journey to London Marathon. Dara worked really hard to get herself to the start line. She adopted a fantastic mindset and smiled her way through the 26 miles. Less than 1% of the population complete a marathon in their lifetime. It puts into perspective what an incredible achievement it is to complete this prestigious race💗.
