Mia competed at the Portuguese National Championships last weekend 🇵🇹 She faced some tough competition in a field of 40 gymnasts to become the National Champion in the Junior category age 13-14 🏆 We are so proud of Mia and her coaches Sian & Valeriia for the hard work that went into this incredible achievement 🤩 Check out her results below 👇🏻

Road Closure notice -
We have just been advised that Mayfield Road (the only road to access the club from) is closed for the next couple of hours due to roadworks.
It may be necessary to park at roads leading to Mayfield road and walking over.

Last weekend three of our WA gymnasts took part in the WAG Excel Grades 2 & 3 and NDP Finals 💪🏻 Gracie competed Excel 3 (the final Excel grade) and she passed spectacularly with a ‘working above ‘ 🤩 Giselle was part of the East Team that placed 7th at Performance 1 and individually she won an amazing Bronze medal on bars (out of 54 gymnasts!) with a score of 13.6 🥉 Kayley was part of the East Team at Performance 4. The team came 1st 🥇 and individually she won a brilliant silver medal on vault with an average score of 12.875 🥈 Congratulations to the girls and their coaches for these fantastic achievements 🙌🏻

Great work from all the gymnasts who attended the Tier 2 Country Squad Training yesterday 💪🏻✨

A massive thank you to for hosting 🙏🏻 and to for joining us as specialist coach, leading the girls through warm up conditioning along with an excellent floor & tumble session 🔥

Did you know that we offer ADULT GYMNASTICS and ADULT 1:1 sessions 🤩 Our Adult classes are growing in popularity and we welcome everyone from complete beginners to former gymnasts back into the gym 💪🏻 We offer a variety of sessions throughout the week, from 1:1 sessions, Adults only classes and Ladies fitness 🙌🏻 Whether you want to train for fitness, learn new skills, work towards competitions, or simply enjoy an exciting way to stay active, our adult sessions offer something for every ability level 🤸‍♀️ We are proud to give adults the opportunity to join a supportive and motivating environment, where they can challenge themselves, build strength & confidence, and become part of a whole new community of like-minded adults who share a passion for movement, fitness & gymnastics 💜

Adult 1:1 sessions (can be tailored for small group sessions) –1 hour session Wednesday day time (choose your time slot between 10.30am – 2.30pm) call to book
Adult classes – Monday and Wednesday 8pm-9.30pm (pay as you go)
Ladies only – Thursday 9.30am – 10.30am (pay as you go)
