The other hard truth to this too is majority of the people arent even training hard enough to even warrant the cool fancy recovery gadget.

Sleep and good nutrition outdoes any massage gun. Compression boots or sleeves, breathing device etc.

Another power house that isnt spoken about enough is nature. ☀️

To many people are quick to go to the supplements and gadgets before addressing the big rocks.

Remember. You don’t recover by doing more.

You cannot tell me a kettlebell swing or kettlebell jump produces and requires the same amount of force to execute the movement.

What are your thoughts ?

Upper back strength and scapular control play a huge role in shoulder health.

Chest supported dumbbell flies help train the upper back muscles to stabilise the scapula, improving posture, shoulder positioning, and reducing unnecessary stress on the shoulder joint.

Chest supported front raises or as I like to call them supermans are great for building strength through shoulder flexion while keeping the torso stable, helping improve shoulder function, control, and resilience over time.

Strong, stable shoulders = healthier movement and better performance.

I like to perform these for higher volume 15-20 reps.

Either as a warm up, end of session or even as fillers between heavy movement such as squats.
