We have a favour to ask: 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬! Time is running out to enter, and orders for medals and T-shirts need to be placed by the end of the week. 🚨

After this Friday, T-shirts will not be included with entries due to lead times and costs for smaller orders, which just aren't viable for us. So if you want to guarantee your tee, make sure to get your order in before the Friday deadline!

We’re thrilled to announce that Usain Bolt is officially joining our ambassador program! 🎉🏅 And that’s not all—he’s teaming up with the Jamaican bobsleigh team to represent Jamaica at Conquer24! 🛷🇯🇲

Yes, you heard it right! ⚡️ It’s going to be a race against time, and we can’t wait to see him running around and around, breaking records and possibly the speed limit! 🤣💨

So watch out, Conquer24—Usain’s about to bring the heat to Powderham! 🔥❄️

Hello everyone! We’ve made some changes to our refund policy that are designed to benefit you! Don’t panic—these updates are in your favour.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰:
- Our previous terms allowed refunds only up to 14 days after booking unless you opted for refundable booking cover through Eventrac.
- Now, you can enjoy a 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 up to 𝟗𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝟕𝟓% up to 𝟔𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, and 𝟓𝟎% up to 𝟑𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 prior.
- After 30 days, we still offer 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐥 up until the day before the event!

Why the staggered refund policy? It allows you the participant maximum coverage while helping us manage the significant costs we incur closer to the event. As we approach the date, the refund options become more limited.

But wait, there’s more! You can 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 free of charge up until the day before the event! Plus, if you need to transfer your entry to someone else, you can do that through your booking account up to 𝟕 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫—after that, just reach out to us and we’ll handle it manually.

And for total peace of mind you can take our 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 which ensures a full refund anytime prior to the event (subject to the policy terms and conditions)
