Just a reminder that whilst our coaching team are in Thailand 🇹🇭 preparing for the Muay Thai World Games, there will be No Advanced Junior Classes. All other classes will be running as usual, thanks to Scott Lory and Jasper Tirard.

🇹🇭🥊 THAILAND BOUND! 🥊🇹🇭
The time has finally arrived! Some of the Twin Tigers team are now departing for Thailand to represent England at the WBC Muay Thai World Games 2026. What an incredible opportunity and achievement for everyone involved.
We would like to say a huge thank you to every single person who has helped make this trip possible. From local businesses and sponsors, to our members, students, families, supporters and everyone who has attended fundraising events, bought raffle tickets, donated prizes or simply shared our posts – your support has been amazing.
A special mention also has to go to Jasper's hair... or rather the lack of it! 😂 Thank you to everyone who supported the brave shave fundraiser. Every contribution has helped get the team one step closer to this incredible experience.
Louie will be travelling out on Saturday, joining the team as they prepare for competition.
Whilst we are away, Coach Scott and Coach Jasper will be taking over the Muay Thai reins and keeping things running smoothly back home. Please give them your full support as they continue delivering the high standards and positive atmosphere that make Twin Tigers such a special club.

With the warmer weather and busy classes, good hygiene is more important than ever in Martial Arts and Boxing training.

Respect your training partners. Respect the mats. Respect yourself. 👊

✅ Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated
✅ Wear clean kit every session
✅ Use deodorant before class
✅ Keep gloves, shin guards & pads aired out and cleaned regularly
✅ Trim nails to avoid scratches and cuts
✅ Bring a towel - essentials for sweat control
✅ If you’re unwell or have a contagious skin condition, please sit the session out until fully healed

The aircon may help cool the gym down — but good hygiene helps keep everyone safe, comfortable and able to train at their best. 💚
