Hampshire’s Strongest 2026 💪

5th year doing this comp and credit to Ben & James, it just keeps getting better each year. Awesome day, great events and my spines still someone intact, what more could a man want.

Event 1️⃣ 130kg/115kg Axle Press - 11th, Shock my pressings let me down again 😂 But this is only thing I’m a bit gutted about is missing this 130kg rep because I know it’s there but wasn’t the day and I know where I went wrong. Mistake learned and moved on 🤷‍♂️

Event 2️⃣ Max Distance 170kg Shield - 🥈 with just shy of 40m, we do love a front carry.

Event 3️⃣ 270kg Axle Deads for reps - 4 reps, 4th and to be honest these didn’t feel as horrendous as expected.

Event 4️⃣ 175kg/200kg Powerstairs - 🥉 Never practiced a powerstair but dare say I quite like these 😂

Event 5️⃣ 140kg/120kg Loading 4 reps, 4th Love a bag and apparently prefer my balls sticky, gripping that 120kg was awful 🥲

F*cking mint day, and after the last couple weeks I’m thankful for a lighter week ahead 😂

Thank you to everyone shouting at me, especially the legends inside TLA, I love you all and it always makes the reps that bit easier ❤️
