3️⃣ Things you shouldn’t care about as a Strongman and Strongwoman… 👀
1️⃣ How many are competing at your next comp/category… No a fully line up doesn’t mean you have “less chance of winning”.
Because that’s not what it’s about at all.
The only caveat is if you’re the only one competing that’s a bit sh*t… 😂
2️⃣ Treating it like a solo sport… It’s just not is it 🤷♂️
Lean into the amazing communities, you’ll thank me later 😘
3️⃣ If you’re going to zero an event and stop yourself from competing because of it.
It’s not the end of the world, you can still compete even if you zero.
