High Wycombe team present at Thursday's Download Festival - RockFit session! 😃💜🤘

We were loving the cooldown song 🎵 All My Friends by 🤗✨️ And it was sooo great to see my friends here at the festival and RockFit with you ❤️

I also found a couple of RockFitters while I was on shift last night, all thanks to having my RockFit bag on me, yay!🌙😄

Thank you team for a fab week of RockFit!! 🤘

Well done everyone 👏💜😃

Next week I'll see some of you - Cannot wait!! ✨️😍 Going solo 💪

Last time and first time I went to Download, four (!) years ago, I was so excited and I went thanks to being part of RockFit!

Yet, the person I was supposed to be camping with ended up going off with someone and leaving me hanging.. I knew no one else there and was completely new to Download, I felt pretty lost and so disappointed, to say the least.

Thankfully, a couple girls I met at RockFit Skindred flashmob, during the festival, looked out for me. Also, one of the other RockFit instructors helped me 💜

We took down my tent as I was right next to the other instructor and her new fella, I didn't want to be part of that and felt so uncomfortable. I don't mind if that's what you want to do, but if there's a plan to camp together and enjoy Download together, then you leave someone hanging, well..

So, I ended up in an Airbnb and drove in and out each day. I was on my own the rest of time, par the RockFit classes in the morning. I have to say, I then had a great time enjoying bands and exploring the festival!

So, here's to a better Download this year! At least I'm on my own already this time. Plus, I'll be volunteer working, so will meet other staff and keep myself busy helping others 👍

Never too late, I never got to do Download in my teens and younger years for various reasons, but now here I come!

Who else is going to Download? Hoping to catch up with some of my amazing RockFit tribe at some point 🤗

Remember, there's RockFit classes held by RockFit Founder and some of Plymouth RockFit instructors, Thursday-Sunday 11am at the Doghouse stage 🤘

I'll be back doing High Wycombe RockFit classes on Tuesday 23 June 🙌

Whoop RockFit at Download Festival 🙌 😎

It's been a few years since I've been able to go to Download, so very excited 😊 Going to be volunteer working, so will miss a few things, but should make it to most RockFit sessions and really looking forward to seeing Limp Bizkit, as well as many others! 🤘😃

This will also mean no classes Tuesday 9 - Thursday 18 June as I take some time off 😉

2 weeks today, we'll be on our way back to the hallowed grounds!
We'll dance together, sing together and just be together.
The team are busy prepping!
So who will we see there? Who's joining us every morning?
