As we head into a new week, remember to strive for progress, not perfection! Sometimes our fitness journeys can be tough but you just have to look back and remember how far you’ve come.
We often focus so much on the things that we don’t do right, and not enough time is spent thinking about what we have done right!
When you feel unmotivated, take a moment to acknowledge your wins!!!!
