FIRST HOME FIXTURE. FIRST PRE-MATCH LUNCH.

The 2026/27 season gets under way at home, and we’re welcoming Bury St Edmunds Rugby Union Football Club to Alpha Capital Rugby Park on Saturday 26th September.

Join us for our 1st XV pre-match lunch, enjoy great food and company, and get behind the boys before kick-off. Whether you’re a long-standing club member, a visiting supporter or simply looking for a great afternoon of rugby, this is one to get in the diary.

📢 NEW SIGNING | BEN ALEXANDER 📢

The Kiwi connection continues at Magnolia Road as Ben Alexander joins the Rochford Hundred RFC squad for the 2026/27 season!

Ben follows in the footsteps of some excellent Kiwi imports we have had in recent years, and long may that continue.

Having represented some of New Zealand’s most well-respected clubs, including Darfield Rugby Club and Canterbury NZ, Ben has spent the last two seasons plying his trade with West Coast in the National Heartland Championship.

A strong and dynamic front-row forward, the Magnolia Road faithful are going to be in for a treat watching Ben take to the field at HQ this season. 💪

Chris Green adds: “Ben is a very experienced front-row forward who covers all positions. We are delighted to have him on board. He gives us a good skill set and can carry too.”

🆕 New Player Signing | George Acraman

We’re delighted to welcome Georgie to Rochford Hundred ahead of the new season! 🏉

A former Woodlands School and Saracens Academy graduate, Georgie joins us from Westcombe Park, where he gained valuable experience around their National 2 set-up last season.

A strong and direct ho**er, Georgie will bolster our front-row options and provide further competition and depth to what is fast becoming one of the strongest scrums in the league.

Head Coach Chris Green said:
“George is someone I’ve known for a long time. He has a great attitude and has overcome some challenges to be the player and person he is today.”

Georgie is now looking forward to getting started at The Alpha Capital Rugby Park and lighting up Magnolia Road this season.

🏉 SINGLETON SIGNS FOR ROCHFORD HUNDRED!

We’re delighted to announce that Travis Singleton has committed his future to Rochford Hundred RFC!

The young and energetic Second Row makes the move to Rochford as he takes the next step in his rugby journey, having come through the youth system and into senior rugby at Basildon RFC.

Travis brings valuable energy, ambition and lineout options to the squad, adding further depth as we look to build a strong team capable of challenging at the top end of the league this season. 💪

Chris Green added:
“Travis is a young player who is ambitious to step up. He gives us lineout options and has ambitions to move forward with the group. He’s definitely the profile of player we want at the club.”
