needs a hobby to keep them occupied, we welcome kids from as young as 7 although they wouldn't be able to compete until the age of 10. The club has a very friendly atmosphere and is always good fun. We welcome people of any age, race and gender. We have got several young prospects in the club and would like to invite more people to our training sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Sessions include, warm up exercises, circuit training, boxing techniques and supervised sparring from our qualified and experienced coaches. You will get the chance to travel around the country and fight in shows and tournaments. Boxing is a fantastic way to build confidence, and self pride and it also teaches self control and discipline.
