Tomorrow is the final session before the STO on Sunday. Well done to everyone who's been attending the sessions, they have been intense but you all didn't give up💪🏻.

Only 9 days until the South Tyneside Open 💪🏻

If anyone would like to come along and show their support at the even, we’ll be meeting at the gym at 8:00am.

Doors for the tournament open at 9:00am, with the first fight starting at 11:00am.

📍 Venue: Temple Park Leisure Centre, John Reid Road, South Shields, NE34 8QN

Spectator entry is £10, and the venue will have food and drinks available throughout the day.

It would be great to see as many supporters there as possible 👊

Well done to everyone this week 👏

The lessons have been intense with the South Tyneside Open fast approaching, and it’s been great to see the effort, focus, and determination from all of you.

Remember, in sparring things won’t always go our way—and that’s okay. Those moments are where the real learning happens. We use them to reflect, adapt, and come back stronger.

Keep pushing, keep improving, and trust the process.
