⚽🏆 Falcons Vs Sirens 🏆⚽

Brilliant tonight from the girls in the cold weather! Training sessions are really starting to pay off with the girls demonstrating tackling, getting into space and some first time shots! Two goals coming from Lucy B and Mila resulted in winning the first game ⚽⚽

The Sirens came back strong for the second game with some great goals! Our girls kept their heads up showing great movement and defending but the Sirens took the lead by the end of it!

3 weeks in and the Falcons are starting to develop as a team! Win some, lose some but the progression is always moving forward

This has got to be photograph of the week because that smile is what it’s all about ❤️

Isla had only been to one training session before she played her first match. She has taken to it like a duck to water and has quickly become a great part of the team.

After a training session yesterday were she gave 100% from start to finish in the wind and rain she was still smiling and got Trainer of the Week.
Well done Isla very well deserved ⚽️⚽️

Seaton Falcons Vs Thornaby girls

A brutally cold morning at seaton seen our girls take on thornaby u8s in the cup and it was brilliant season opener.

Lillie - pulled some brilliant saves off and was very unlucky not to save a penalty

Isla - our brand new signing and you wouldn’t be able to tell confident on the ball and some brilliant tackles to go with it

Lucy H - drove forward with the ball at every opportunity today and very unlucky not score a couple of goals

Lucie B - Lucie will always look at beating her opponent and driving towards the goal again very unlucky not too score today

Charlotte - some brilliant defensive work and her passing forward got us on the front foot

Mila - Mila put her goal scoring boots on this morning bagging herself 4 goals in the first half , then dropping into defence to keep the thornaby striker quiet
