6 years and counting …

On this day, 6 years ago, we opened BetterBuild Functional Fitness.

Just out of lockdown, no idea if it would work and no idea what we were doing to be honest (still working on that one 😂).

Fast forward to today …

An amazing community.
An incredible team of coaches and personal trainers.
A big impact on the health and fitness of our members.

We’re not great at celebrating birthdays but we do want to thank everyone who has helped (and continues to help) make BBFF what it is today.

Our kids summer camp kicks off Monday 6th July - perfect for keeping the kids active over the summer holidays!

Sessions run Monday & Thursday 11.05am - 12pm with a mixture of games, technique & workouts.

Bookings will be a one-off payment for the block (6th July - 11th August) on a first come, first served basis.
