Dance Jenba Fitness Dance fitness classes in Greenock & Kilmacolm that will have you bursting with energy! Dance Jenba Fitness offers FitSteps and Boogie Fit with Jen.

FitSteps is a Strictly-inspired fitness class that uses the fundamentals of ballroom and latin dance to create a workout that is so much fun you sparkle like a Strictly star! And the best bit is you don't even need a partner! Boogie Fit is all about combining our love of dance with keeping fit and above all having fun. Think old school aerobics to songs from across the decades. From classic 80’s cheese to current day Little Mix, Boogie Fit has it all! Both classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels. It's all about doing as much as you can to push yourself, not what the person next to you is doing. Dance Jenba's classes are very much about the people and building a community within each class. We strive to provide a friendly and welcoming environment to exercise and de-stress in with like-minded people. Come along and give a class a go! What have you got to lose other than some sweat?!
