A massive effort from all the boys this weekend, hard not to feel a bit gutted coming away so far down the order.

Only being overtaken by the overall leaders both of my 90 minute stints just showed the pace the kart had, but not one but two engine blow outs that were completely out of our control robbed us of that chance and turned our race into a recovery, with no way to recover the 30 laps we lost to the podium positions we were on target for.

Shoutout all the drivers, mechanics, and especially .a.p.karting & RAF Karting for having me back in the seat for this race, I’ll keep the 2027 diary clear😉

Also, shoutout to Royal Navy Karting Team & British Army Kart Team for their performances, great to show the calibre of drivers in the AFKC - Armed Forces Karting Championship on the big stage.

Now, on to Fulbeck for AFKC at the end of the month👌🏼

Round 2 in the bag, P3 in class🥉

A hard fought weekend but if a tough weekend is still a podium I’ll take that🫡

Race 1 - Surviving Lap 1 carnage and being consistent paid off well to cruise to P2 in class👊🏼

Race 2 - An unreal fight back from after getting wiped out at Turn one. Going from P40 to P20 is some going😮‍💨 I brought it home to a P5 in class

Shame the dream team is being split up with Jacob away rest of the year, championship challenge was definitely on the cards, will have to wait for 2027👀

Now time to get back to for being back in the lightweight class for the rest of the year💪🏼

A crazy weekend resulting in my first podium back in endurance💪🏼

Semi final - P9
Final - DNF (loose bearing carrier)

RAF Inter-station Cup🏆

My heats

Heat 1 - Last to 2nd (Up 20 places⬆️)
Heat 3 - 14th to 4th (Up 10 places⬆️)

did great in the other heats making us finishing in the top 4 in all 4 heats💪🏼

Final - Running in the top 3 before another mechanical dropped us down the order but finishing 3rd overall on points🥉

Thanks to .p.motorsport for having me and for the chassis, was on rails all weekend💪🏼

for the rocket motors🚀
