Due to decreasing water levels , we will be closing all but 6 of our swims from tomorrow since the level of water in front of the other swims is too shallow to safely land a large fish. Three will remain open on each side of the lake and our bailiffs will mark clearly which ones will be closed by a notice on these swims.

We suggest anyone coming to fish should come early and call the number on our website 07774 269838 for updated info.

The closures should not impact those coming to fish too much as typically we have 5-6 people fishing each day but it will impact where you are able to fish.

As the weather has cooled we have had some stunning fish caught recently : Keith landed a 30 LB 2 oz Common , Jeff a 25LB 11 oz Common, Dickster a nice Perch around 1 LB 8 oz and Keith a 2+ LB Golden Rudd from the main lake.

We have recently pumped out and emptied one of our back up reservoirs ( Canal pond) into the main lake to top up the level and increase aeration.
