So proud of Denise who has been immersing herself in reiki for many months now, and achieved her Holy Fire Reiki Level 2 today… just look at that smile, says it all ☺️ ; there’s so much transformation ahead and I’m excited to be with you on this journey.

I then took a short hike up Dumgoyne on my way to Tir na nOg Holistic Centre, where lovely Nicola from Bask Saunas looked after me. We had a lovely chat and I love her sauna and was treated to a scrub and oil treatment for extra skin nourishment (I know how to look after myself 🤪)

I hope you’re all having a good day and the excitement is building….C’MON Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 … I won’t be waiting up 🥴

I d say the majority of clients using my reiki and CBT services are teachers or NHS employees.

In my view, more can be done by employers to help employees manage their stress.

⭐️ for now sessions are still live at 7am weekdays, except Thursdays, however can only be viewed on request after the live viewing
