🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year, Gartcosh Bootcamp Crew! 🎄
Hope you’re all having an amazing Christmas! 🎅✨

Quick update for you: we’ve been on pause since June 2025 while the facilities get a big upgrade. We were aiming for a January comeback, but… the wait isn’t over yet. It’s now looking like summer 2026 before we can get back to sweating it out together. Yep, that means a whole year without bootcamp and we miss you! 💪🔥

I hope you’ve been keeping active, because when we’re back, it’s going to be better than ever.
Thank you for sticking with us and for all your support. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we have a confirmed date.

Until then, enjoy the holidays, stay positive, and get ready to smash it when we return!

Hey Team! 👋
Just to let you know our outdoor bootcamp will now be kicking off again in January 2026 📅. The football park & training ground we use is still under construction 🚧⚽, so we’re giving it time to be fully ready before we’re back together.

In the meantime, keep active 🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️, stay strong 💪, and don’t forget about our amazing community bootcamp ❤️🙌. We’ll be back, fitter and stronger, ready to smash it together in the New Year 🔥

Huge shoutout to everyone who made it to tonight’s session — you were amazing! 💪 In 30° heat, we took it down to the mats and powered through with strength, smiles, and a whole lot of sweat. It wasn’t easy, but you all showed up and gave it your best — and that’s what Bootcamp spirit is all about! 🌞🔥

To the entire Bootcamp crew — whether you came once or every week thank you for bringing your energy and great vibes this season. You've all been incredible, and it's been a joy to take the classes! Now it's time for some well-deserved summer rest 🌴☀️

Hey team! With tonight’s blistering heat 🌞 turning things up, we’re going to take it down a notch for our final session before we close for summer.

We’ll be keeping things low-impact and cool — think stretching, core, and mobility work — all on the grass, on our mats, under that golden summer sky. 🌾✨

And to set the vibe? We’re rolling out the NOW 100 Country Hits playlist 🎶 for some feel-good tunes while we move and breathe. Bring a towel, and plenty of water 💧 — and let’s finish the season strong (and chill)!

You've turned up in all weathers, pushed yourselves week after week, and built real strength and resilience. Now’s the time to finish the season on a high – with energy, effort, and loads of team spirit. 💪

You all absolutely smashed it — energy and effort were on point. This was our last Wednesday session before we close for the summer, and you made it one to remember! ☀️🔥

It was so good to jump in and take part myself for a change — Huge shoutout to Connor for leading the session so well. I’m really grateful to have his support; he’s a star. And of course, I can’t forget to mention our Bootcamp Janny, Mrs Smilie — so good to see her tonight too ❤️

Tonight we rinsed and repeated last night's session — and yep, it was just as tough (maybe even tougher 😅), but SO worth it. You all showed up, pushed hard, and brought the energy!

We were treated to a beautiful sunny evening, which made it even better — perfect weather for our last Tuesday Bootcamp of the summer. 🌞 And we definitely went out with a BANG. 💥
