We’re on the hunt for a new Duty Manager to help run our RiversMeet Active Community Leisure Centre and RiversMeet Performance!

⚡Details:
Full-Time: (37.5 hour per week average | Start November 2026
Pay: £26,793 per annum
Rota: Early/Late (1 in 3 weekends)

📋 What You Need:
2+ Years Leisure Experience
Pool Plant Qualification
NPLQ
First Aid at Work

There is every opportunity to expand into a long-lasting career into leisure, including funded training, such as Level 2/3 Fitness Instructing.

📸 No filming without consent — Ensure no other members are in your shot unless you have their permission.
🚫 Avoid filming others — Be mindful of your surroundings at all times.
💬 Ask before posting — If someone is visible in your footage, always get their okay before sharing online.
🛑 Stop when requested — If asked by staff or a fellow member to stop recording, you must do so immediately.
