And like that year 2 of uni is done…… with a massive F*** You it.. 😂

Been a tough and challenging year at points, but got through it with some good learning opportunities, such as the wheel chair rugby.

But more so with a good bunch of people and friends learning with, to help get through the year.

Time to chill for abit and get back to work to put what learnt into practice. Then onto the final year.

Lacking in putting stuff up, but this was last week at the London marathon 25. Working for Alzheimer’s and treating their runners is always a pleasure.

Nice day out and a warm one for sure last week

A little appreciation post…..

A huge thank you for those who attended my classes this year, be it from Roko, The Oast in sheerness, The Village Maidstone, The Waterfront and Avenue tennis.

All been through the ups and downs, trying to teach after my knee surgery and I had to use people to demonstrate so a huge thank you for that.

But we look forward to next year and getting going again and I shall be looking to to bring some new exercises to the exciting classes.

Enjoy, Eat, Drink be merry and enjoy your selves and we crack on next week

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄🎄

So……

A new chapter of my life begins this coming Monday the 25th.

Studying something which is of a huge interest to me and what I try and incorporate into my treatments and work already.

The next 3 years are going to be a challenge but then also an exciting challenge to progress my learning and my working life for the better.

Can’t wait to get started and see we’re the journey goes

Not exactly how I wanted to spend the rest of my Saturday tbh…

Having a diabetic hypoglycaemic turn wasn’t a good idea for a day away at tooting.

Apologies for this who I won’t be able to teach class or treat with work…

Thanks for all the well wishes though

So 15th June….. over a year from surgery day and then many months and visits to my physio who I CANNOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENOUGH has now discharged me and is happy with how the progress has come from when i first saw him.
Into marathon training with trying to get a spot for the marathon, but I cannot thank him enough for this.

As much as the nhs Physio’s helped with my rehab, I still maintain that if I didn’t go and see him from when I did I would probably be 3 months behind in my rehab.

This is the 2nd time I have seen him for the same injury of a ruptured ACL just with this occasion the added meniscus issue.

If you have any knee or lower limb issues then I cannot recommend him enough. I shall be keeping in touch now and then on how things are and touch wood hopefully won’t need to go back with the same issue.

So again thank you, and thank you for all the advise.
