This year has tested me in ways I never expected.

Building Rainbow Flow independently, running a growing team, teaching, studying, family life and now watching the organisation through which I’ve undertaken my play therapy training go into administration just weeks before we were due to finish.

There have been moments when I’ve genuinely wondered how many more challenges one year could possibly hold.
But perhaps the biggest thing this year has taught me is this: Don’t underestimate what you are capable of when you finally decide to back yourself.

Our final training weekend has thankfully been saved, Rainbow Flow continues to grow, and somehow amongst all the chaos, I feel more certain than ever that I'm heading in the right direction.

And to anyone currently running a children's activity franchise who quietly wonders, “Could I actually do this myself?”
You might be far more capable than you've been led to believe. 🌈
