Player Sponsor | Anna Garratt Hypnotherapy 🧠💙
Every rugby team needs someone who can keep a cool head… and luckily for Dom Hall, his sponsor literally specialises in it. 😅
This season, Dom is backed by, local hypnotherapist Anna
Anna’s approach is refreshingly simple: straightforward, no woo-woo, unfrilly hypnotherapy for non-believers. The goal? Helping people move from where they are now to where they want to be.
Calmology supports teens and adults with things like fears, phobias, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and compulsive behaviours, using hypnosis to help reduce the impact of unwanted thoughts, emotions and beliefs.
Whether she’s working with individuals, families, workplaces or the wider community, Anna’s focus is all about helping people feel safer, more confident and able to get back to the things they enjoy.
