With prioritising exercise that you enjoy, I can help to improve your overall health and fitness so that you can adop

t a healthier active lifestyle, PLUS find you some “YOU” time! Background:

I am a qualified fitness professional (Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Prenatal and Postnatal Trainer), who has been working within the Health and Fitness Industry for the over 10 years and a Personal Trainer for 2 of those years. Interests:

I have been in competitive sports since a young age, starting off in Latin and Ballroom dancing, and I have also competed in other acrobatic sports including trampolining. In 2012, I performed in the London Olympic ceremonies dancing alongside Rihanna, Jay Z and ColdPlay. The knowledge I’ve gained through my education and competitive sporting background has provided first-hand experience and extensive knowledge on what it takes to set and achieve specific goals, which is one of the key qualities for a successful Personal Trainer.

🌸✨ 🌕 Full Moon in Libra- 🌕✨🌸
🌿🌿Nature’s call to rebalance ⚖️

This Full Moon on 2 April is a gentle but powerful reminder of balance. When life is full, busy, and demanding, we can’t expect ourselves to run on empty and feel okay. Exhaustion isn’t failure—it’s a signal it’s your body politely suggesting you stop pretending you’re a machine. A call to rebalance the scales with more rest and intentional recovery before burnout creeps in.

For our health and wellbeing, we can’t afford to stay under-recovered—this is where we regress in our health, fitness, hormones, our energy and honestly… our patience. Always a student of this art- navigating the balance of life’s demands, parenthood, work, fitness, caring for little ones, surviving winter illnesses, and running on very little sleep. Some things, like sleep, feel out of our control at times… but what is in our control is how we recover.

Less is more. Reduce the load. Keep things simple. Quality over quantity. Prioritise rest and recovery wherever you can.

Whilst having a “rest day” aren’t always possible in parenthood, simple daily wins such as short walks, getting outside, enjoyable movement, early nights, proper meals, pauses where you can grab one—this is the good stuff, the essentials, the basic recovery foundations. Celebrate the small wins (you kept everyone alive—tick).

Balance isn’t perfection—it’s practice.
And most days, practice looks like just covering the basics … keeping it simple and calling it a win.🏃‍♀️🤍

Also—genuinely—well done us… we survived winter 💪🥵🏃‍♀️🫠

Happy Spring Equinox, here to reminder us✨🌼🐝✨🌻🌷🌼Our minds were never designed for constant noise. For most of human history, life moved slowly. There was space—walking, waiting, watching. Silence wasn’t rare… it was normal. And in that stillness, the mind could rest, process, and reset. Now? The moment things go quiet, we fill it. Scrolling. Background noise. Endless input It’s even harder—we’re always “on.” But rest doesn’t have to be hours away or perfectly planned. It can be small, quiet micro moments woven into your day.

A pause. A breath. A mini moment of doing nothing scattered throughout your day. These micro moments of stillness are not unproductive—they’re how your nervous system resets. Little and often is more effective for regulation . If silence feels uncomfortable, it’s not a flaw—it’s a signal.

A system that’s forgotten how to rest. Give yourself permission to take micro mindful moments throughout today… just to be. Stillness isn’t a luxury. It’s essential. It’s where we come back to balance. Spring is a nature’s reminder to pause, admire & give yourself permission to ‘just be’✨🫶🌼🌿🐝

Busy mum. Little time. Big demands. 💛

You don’t need more time — you need more effective training.

Here’s the One & Done Strength Training Formula:
➡️ 1 upper body compound
➡️ 1 lower body compound
➡️ Alternating Push + Pull movements
➡️ 5 reps 3 sets (5-10% load increase p/week)
➡️ Done in 15 minutes.
➡️ Faster recovery

Why this matters:
🦴 Women lose 1–2% bone density per year after 30 — strength training is the most powerful way to protect your bones.

⚖️ During perimenopause + menopause, strength training helps balance hormones, boost energy, improve mood, and support long-term health.

This season of life is demanding — your training should support you, not drain you.

Strong. Energised. Resilient.
