Forest Moods Pilates

Forest Moods Pilates Helen Dawes is a Level 3 Pilates Teacher and runs classes in the New Forest area. All ages and abilities welcome (max class size 10).

Pilates helps you to improve your posture and core stability as well as exercise to stretch and tone muscles. Helen is also a qualified riding instructor (BHSII) and Dressage rider and specialises in Equilates for horse riders as well as Pilates for non-riders. Classes are held at the following locations:
Monday 12.00-1.00pm: Sandleheath Village Hall Fordingbridge (Plus Zoom session available)
