It's great to feel part of a team isn't it?
Especially when that team are successful! Yes I am talking about the England Football team (well done to them for their victory last evening!) but only because it reminds us of why people love coming to the Cerisport Studios.
We have our lovely instructor Team with Ceri, Michelle, Lauren, Hannah, Becky, Jen & Tina. They are all great instructors, have their own specialist areas and all have different levels of experience. So they all complement each other perfectly.
Like any football team they need a Coach/Manager/Mentor - we have that in Ceri who advises and guides her team and mentors any new instructors.
We also have a fabulous "fan base" in our regular Cerisporters. They are just all fabulous! We wouldn't have a Cerisport without them! Some do 5 classes a week and some only 1 but you all mean so much to us - we hope we convey that to you.
We have a "back room" team who keep everything moving in the background; website, marketing, events and all the other boring stuff!
On "match day" (which is every day!) our instructors go out and "perform" and give 100% every... single... time. Irrespective of what's going on in their own lives they know that you guys have paid for a fabulous class - and that's what they give you.
So although we aren't particularly football fans here - we can see the parallels between the England Football Team and The Cerisport Studio Team. The ability to give 100% no matter what; the ability to work as a team using their individual strengths and then helping those others in the team who maybe need some help.
