Welcome to September!

Whatever the month and the weather we always feel great when we are inside the Cerisport Studio!

For anybody who is not familiar with our classes and the Studio I thought we could kick off the month with a few facts that may help some of you looking to join us for classes.

😊 There is always lots of fun laughter and smiling in our classes

🤪 and maybe a little bit of silliness too!

👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ We have a teaching team of the fabulous four, Ceri Michelle Lauren and Hannah. We also have a few cover instructors

👫We welcome ladies and gentlemen of all ages and abilities, we welcome beginners and no one is there to show off!

🌞🌧️☃️🍁 We open all year round, classes run 52 weeks a year

💳 We have memberships or pay as you go options including on demand class memberships. Booking is essential.

🚗 Parking is available on our forecourt or nearby

🏋️‍♂️ All equipment is supplied if you don’t have your own.

🧘‍♀️💪 We have Pilates and fitness classes available

🙏 We also bring you the best in Wellness coaching, specialise in back care, menopause coaching and pelvic floor health and fitness .
