Absolutely terrific final day at our May Soccer Schools yesterday inspired by recent Premier League winner Viktor Gyökeres! Morning sessions focused on finishing from different types of cross with emphasis on making dynamic runs into key areas and cutting the ball back into the golden zone. Players performed excellently with assists and goals galore in both groups!

Our afternoon Premier League tournament produced some significant derby fixtures with Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Sunderland selected for the occasion! It was pleasing to observe a high percentage of goals being scored from crosses with players utilising the width on both pitches effectively. We would like to thank all players for their high levels of enthusiasm and studious application this week, it has been a very productive and entertaining three days for all in attendance!

We are looking forward to our next Soccer Schools in the summer holidays, details will be distributed shortly. We wish everybody an enjoyable second half of the summer term, see you soon! ⚽️

A spectacular day of football inspired by France and PSG’s Ousmane Dembélé! Morning sessions focused on using feints and skills to evade defenders in 1 v 1 situations. Players displayed excellent flair and creativity with many phenomenal goals being scored!

Our afternoon tournament offered an insight into next season’s Champions League contenders with Athletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and PSG all in action! It will be interesting to see how PSG get on against Arsenal in this season’s Champions League final on Saturday! Superb performances from all players in tropical conditions today, well done everybody.

Tomorrow our morning sessions will be inspired by a striker that relishes attacking crosses with his sharp near post movement and accurate first time finishing! He moved from Coventry to Sporting Lisbon in 2023 and has scored 14 Premier League goals this season. See you tomorrow! 🇸🇪 🔴⚽️

Fantastic Kobbie Mainoo inspired day in Costa del Whiteley to commence our May Soccer Schools! Today players enjoyed morning sessions focused on receiving positively and progressing play forwards with attentive pass detail. All players handled the warm conditions expertly and applied themselves well across all aspects of today’s itinerary!

Following Mainoo’s inclusion in Thomas Tuchel’s recently announced England squad, our afternoon tournament adopted a World Cup theme! Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Japan and Spain produced a thrilling fixture list with plenty of goals! A very high standard has been set to start the week, we look forward to more of the same tomorrow and on Thursday!

Tomorrow we will be inspired by a player that is currently preparing for a highly significant fixture against the new Premier League champions on Saturday! He is an attacking threat in 1 v 1 situations with his speed and ability to use both feet. He was also part of the France squad that won the World Cup in 2018! See you tomorrow! 🔵⚽️

We are very excited to see everybody tomorrow morning for the start of our May Soccer Schools! Sun cream and hydration will be of particular importance this week. Regular water bottle refills will be conducted to ensure players remain hydrated alongside enthusiastic prompts to re-apply sun cream! Just a reminder for players to bring goalkeeper gloves if wishing to participate as a goalkeeper at any point, there will be plenty of opportunities!

Tomorrow’s sessions are inspired by a player that scored the winning goal in the 2024 FA Cup Final! He will be heading to the World Cup on the same flight as Thomas Tuchel after being named in the England squad! He has become well known for his passing ability and his incredible composure to maintain possession under pressure. See you tomorrow! 🔴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️

Following the excitement of our highly entertaining and productive Easter Soccer Schools, we are looking forward to our May Soccer Schools in just over 5 weeks time! These will be running 0900 - 1530 in Whiteley for players currently in year groups 3 to 7 on Tuesday 26th May, Wednesday 27th May and Thursday 28th May. See you there! ⚽️
