Still buzzing after an incredible kenjutsu seminar yesterday at Exeter Martial Arts ⚔️

Huge thanks to Catterick Sensei for sharing such detailed and thought-provoking insights, especially on the use of the short sword and tanto against a long sword.

So many subtle principles that really change how you see distance, timing, and intent.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, train, and be pushed to think deeper about the art. Already looking forward to the next one.

It’s been inspiring to watch you grow stronger, physically and mentally, while supporting each other every step of the way. 💪
