We are lucky enough to be joining Jenny for a 3 hour masterclass in Lindy Hop and Salsa later this month and you could be there too!

❣️FITSTEPS FAMILY❣️ Well and truly out in force today! 🌟🌟🌟 I'm still on crutches & an unscheduled urgent visit to the hospital to check the operated foot meant my lovely hubby couldn't take me. So the Fitsteps Family to the rescue!! 🤩

The amazing Elaine (Winkleigh Fitsteps Instructor) picked me up this morning to get me to the train station. Then one of my fabulous members collected me to get me to my appointment. Whilst there one Fitstepper came to sit and wait with me and another gem who works there came and checked in on me after the appointment too 😍💞 What amazing people I know. Our community is so blooming awesome 🙏✨️🙌

Then I hobbled into The Imperial for a drink with a few members before catching the train home and was greeted by this wonderful lot!! Made my day. Missing everyone so much.

Excited to announce the return of Strictly Choreographer Jenny Thomas!! She gave us such a brilliant workshop in March this year (footage below) and we're very lucky that she offered us an Autumn date, ahead of her work commencing on Strictly.

🤩🙌🩷🙌🩷🤩 YES! So true. Unbelievable how many wonderful people have walked or danced into my life since starting my classes.

And to see you all have fun together and help each other in and out of class is just brilliant 🫶🥰🫶

💛Hello Everyone💛

Overwhelmed the past week not only by your fabulous moves on the dance floor, but by the generosity and kindness of you all during the lead up to our extended break. We had lovely lunches after class, a yummy picnic in one of our halls, and alfresco fun times in the gorgeous weather.

Thank you all for the amazing gifts and flowers. What gorgeous kind souls you are 🥹💫💛 absolutely love these pictures of all classes. Sorry to those of you who couldn't make the "last" class before the break. Love that you want to practice the dances at home, so I'll be in touch soon with details on those videos I've been filming

Exwick and Thomas Hall Members questioned their life choices today! 🤣🥵🤣 But you know sometimes the hardest thing, is just showing up. Once you're there chatting with friends and having a dance to escape the day, it just feels fabulous. Let's face it you sweat at home too, so you may as well come and do it with amazing people 🙌✨️💛

You all wanted to dance - so we did! We took longer gaps, did some breakdown work on those trickier steps, made sure we did the Waltz, Foxtrot and Rumba and just enjoyed being all together 💫😍💫 You really are a true Tonic

Thank you to ALL classes this week. I hope my powerful fans helped a little. I know we're on the count down to our break now - so your presence means even more at this time 🙏😍
