We have spaces in the following age groups:
21 weeks to 13 months
14months to 2.5 years
2.5 years - 4 years
Classes are £100 for a 10 week Term (£10 a class). The classes take place in the pool at Embleton Spa Hotel, Embleton, West Cumbria.

Day 3 of we’re focusing on Baby Swimming for and the benefits of early introduction to the water.

Did you know swimming from an early age can support babies’ physical and cognitive development? 🧠👶

Alongside supporting brain development, swimming can also help maintain and improve lung function, muscular strength and joint mobility. 👇

Hi everyone, we will NOT be doing baby swimming as the water will not be warm enough tomorrow for the babies.

In addition, tomorrow so happens to be the last day before the Easter 🐣 break.

May we wish you a happy Easter and look forward to seeing everyone back after the holidays.
