This Week at Mi Pilates: The Pilates Ring (Magic Circle)
Our prop of choice this week is the Pilates Ring — also known as the magic circle (or Ring Of fire)
This little ring packs a punch.!
✔️It can help us challenge our strength and stability
✔️but it can also offer gentle feedback and support to improve alignment and control.
✔️personally I love the arm work it introduces and the way it helps you isolate adductor muscles
We’ll be using it to fire up the inner thighs, deepen core engagement, and bring a new level of fun plus focus to familiar movements.
