Something you hear in every class “neutral spine” but does every client know what that means ? ✨

Neutral spine is a midpoint between an arched spine and an imprinted spine

To find your neutral spine gently rock the pelvis forward (arching the spine) and backwards (imprinting the spine) and then settle right in the middle of the two

Helps…
• connect ribs to pelvis aiding us to use our deep core muscles instead of superficial ones
• distribute load evenly supporting lower back
• give your arms a stable base to move
