Today is a BEATS day - across 2 venues! 💓..
BEATS is a 45 minute, full body workout where we use slightly weighted drumsticks to BEAT the trampoline. ..
The sticks are indestructible (prove us wrong!) 😜 so its a PERFECT way to release any Monday frustrations you might have!
The music has carnival-vibes and it is SO. MUCH. FUN 😎..
We currently do this session once ☝️ a month so this is your opportunity to do it! ..

It was a bit of a different birthday this year - I found out just over a week ago that my beautiful grandmother had passed away, very suddenly and completely unexpectedly 💔 It's taken a while to process and I think it will do for a while longer. ..
This is why BEATS is cancelled this week, as I'm off to Switzerland today for the funeral 🇨🇭
I'm so sorry to cancel...
The lovely Paula Louise Dodd will be teaching ((BOUNCE)) tonight and Wednesday at 6pm, and also BARBELLS tonight at 7.15pm. ..
A huge thank you to Paula for running the classes while I'm away. I hope you all have a brilliant time 🥰..
