Due to the latest Government lockdown the Fitness Suite will be closed from Thursday 5th November and hopefully reopen in December once the lockdown ends.

The fitness suite will be open again from Monday 28th September.

Booking slots available will be Mon to Fri 4.30 - 5.30 & 6 - 7pm

Sat & Sun 9am - 10am & 10.30 - 11.30am

Only 5 people per booking slot as per government guidelines.

We are committed to keeping you safe while using our facilities.

We are following all government guide lines for cleaning and social distancing.

We have a track and trace system in place which you MUST scan everytime you visit.

Hourly workout slots are available with a limit of 5 people per hour and the gym is cleaned down before and after each group.
