“With over four years of experience working in a gym, helping beginners build confidence, lose fat and gain muscle, and a five-year background in rugby, I bring a strong foundation of discipline, strength training, and performance into every program I design. I work with clients both in person and online, focusing on simple, effective training and realistic nutrition habits that fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or need the motivation and structure to finally get started, I’m here to guide you every step of the way”
