As part of THINK!’s Drink a little, risk a lot campaign, we’re helping to share an important reminder: even one or two drinks can affect your judgement, reaction times and ability to drive safely.

In 2022, an estimated 1,920 people were killed or seriously injured in collisions where drink driving was a factor.

Big matches often mean social plans, drinks with friends and last-minute decisions. But you do not need to feel “drunk” to be unsafe to drive, or to put your licence at risk.

Losing your licence can affect your freedom, your job, your social life and your future.

This month, we’re highlighting Driving for Better Business’ June Fleet Focus: Psychological Safety.

Fleet safety isn’t just about vehicle checks, road conditions, compliance or maintenance. It’s also about whether drivers feel safe and confident enough to speak up.
