And after a holiday I'm back to teaching tonight at Merryoaks Community Hall. We were joined by 4 new starters.

So was a case of back to basics, stances, C. H. E. K. And pads. Great atmosphere this evening in the dojo.

Croxdale Community Centre Wednesday class. Just want to let everyone know there's no class on 12th August as it co insides with the eclipse which occurs at the same time.

Students are encouraged to attend an alternate class that week.

A another week comes to an end. Not a bad turnout for the summer holidays well done to everyone.

Working on kata mainly and a little on the edge of hand ww2 combative technique.

A massive congratulations to Emily and Ethan who successfully passed their grading this evening under the supervision of Sensei Martin Walsh and Sensei Meave Walsh.
