SUMMER TRACK EVENT & PRESENTATION🟦⬜️

Well done to everyone who competed at our Summer Track Event at RPC, Dundee yesterday. There were some fantastic performances in the Shot Putt, Long Jump, 150/200m and in the annual Barbara Oliver Cup 800m and Harry Bennett Mile🏆

The club are delighted that Favour Ugwuocha and Breagha Hastie have been selected by Eilish McColgan as part of this year’s Giving Back To Track scholars. Eilish knows only too well the financial burden that competing can often entail. Testament to her spirit of supporting the next generation of “aspiring Eilishs”, we are proud to have such a strong ambassador for women and girls, Athletics and the club in our ranks. All the best for the season ahead, Favour and Breagha!

SUMMER TRACK EVENT & PRESENTATION🟦⬜️

Preparations are well underway for our annual Summer Track Event & Presentation which will take place this Saturday at RPC Dundee!

Start lists are set and we cannot wait for a fun filled day of athletics, please see below some additional exciting information!

🏅Medal presentation for event winners
🏰 Bouncy castle free to use all day for all attendees (including parents😁)
🥪 Buffet provided by Tayside Contracts
🎂Tea tent manned by DHH volunteers (home baking donations welcome)

🚨PLEASE NOTE: RPC Dundee is also hosting a karate event within the main building which is likely to impact the availability of spaces in the Athletics Track Car Park, please car share where possible and use the overspill & golf car car parks if required.
